How to buy my own return shipping label for buyer

Reason don't want to just send them ebays return label is because buyer purchased 2 items, gave her combined shipping rate, cost was $7.33 Usps priority mail. She wants to return only one item claiming something is wrong with it. If send her ebays label it's saying $7.33, (only option) this is an 11oz item after it's packaged; shipping label will only be around $4.33 1st class mail if buy my own. I always use ebays labels, don't utilize other services so would I have to go to the post office & buy one? Then if take a picture of it & upload info on the return & enter tracking number will she be able to print it out without doing  a pdf file etc ... I'm not that knowledgeable with such. Thanks for any help someone can provide. Also, I tried just printing another label, editing her address as ship from & mine the recipient, won't work without going into my account settings & editing address which wasn't crazy about doing.

How to buy my own return shipping label for buyer

See if you can buy a label on Pirate Ship.com and send it (or scan & send it) to the buyer.  I think they create a pdf file you could send or take a jpeg and send that.  Then the buyer can print that label and attach it to the package.

Sign up at PirateShip is free and often they have cheaper rates that eBay labels.  If you can figure out the 'soft pack' game (box in a bag) there are some deals too.  I suspect if you do send the buyer a label you will need to upload the tracking number to the case.
