Hi,
I ordered several items (specifically 3/8 sockets) from a seller, all had the same item number - the listing had a drop down list - I bought several items from the list.
I did not receive them yet after the end of estimated delivery.
I wanted ro request a refund for all the items, but I was only able to request for one item, for the others i got a popup message saying I already opened a case against this item (I guess since all had the same item number). So I wrote a message to the seller requesting a refund for all the items in the order.
I now received a refund from the seller, but only for the single item, not for the whole order.
My question - how to I aks for a refund for the whole order? do I have to go through this process of single refund for each item in the order?
