Hello.
I have the following question for you. I want to use the new delivery service for my goods, but the problem is that ebay does not scan the track number and I cannot find the delivery service when filling in the track number.
Please tell me how this can be solved?
Track number type: EWSUZ124060603205YQ
These three numbers can be tracked both on the official website of the carrier (http://www.8dt.com/) and on (17track.net):
http://epost.8dt.com/track.html?order_no=EWSUZ124060603205YQ
or
https://t.17track.net/en#nums=EWSUZ124060603205YQ
We would like to use this courier to deliver goods as it allows you to quickly and reliably deliver large parcels from the USA.
Is there perhaps a contact for ebay's technical service that can look into this issue?
I would be grateful for any help.
Sincerely

Looks like you are shipping from China. You are only allowed to use carriers that are integrated with Ebay to provide tracking and confirm delivery. This protects you from INR Cases. EWS is not recognized by Ebay
You can use China Post or Speedpak or another carrier that Ebay recognizes. See below.
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/setting-shipping-options?id=4089#section1
You are welcome to use any carrier of your choice and not provide a tracking number in the order BUT if the buyer opens an INR case, you will loose since you can not provide a tracking number that Ebay recognizes proving delivery. You might get negative feedback, and too many INRs will put your account in jeopardy.
How much money do you save in shipping by using a non ebay supported shipping carrier and how much money will you loose if a buyer opens an INR you can't win? You do the math

I understand perfectly well that a tracking number that is not supported by eBay leads to risks. That's why I'm asking, maybe there's a way to contact eBay so that they can adapt this courier? Or should the courier contact eBay with this request?
