I received a return request, after reading it, wanted to send the buyer a message. I saw the option of "Send Message to Buyer" under the return request as the last choice on the list, I tabbed on the option button (I was using my cell phone) then clicked Continue, it gave me the screen of "You approved the return..." and asking me to send a shipping label. I realized eBay's system didn't take my option, maybe I didn't hit the button area "HARD" enough, so it just defaulted to accept the return. Lesson Learned!!! I then sent a message from the message center, letting the buyer know it wasn't my mistake (because the photo provided by the buyer, showed that he/she didn't measure starting from "0" when using the ruler, which resulted having an 1 inch difference)! The buyer acknowledged that.
Anyway, now eBay's system is waiting for me to return shipping label. Is there a way to cancel the Return?

If it no longer wants to return the item, it (the buyer) can press the button area around close my account:
