I bought a guitar September 22 2020. The delivery date is October 14 to 16. How much longer do I have to wait?Is it unusual to have to wait this long for my item? What happens if my guitar doesnt arrive by October 16th? Thx

@wilbud16
A lot of sellers have extended their handing time and Ebay even extended the estimated delivery dates., because shipping is so messed up right now.
Since the estimated delivery date isn't until 10/16, there is nothing you can do until 10/17.
If you don't have your guitar by then, then you can file an INR in the resolution center below.

You can open an item not received case Oct. 17th if you've not received it by then.
Many buyers will wait a few days past the EDD to do so since shipping is often delayed at this time.
You have 30 days past that EDD to open an item not received case.
You saw the estimated delivery date when you made your purchase and it must have been okay with you or you would not have made the purchase, right?
You need to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers which explains how eBay offers protection if/when a transaction goes wrong. As far as I can tell, yours hasn't yet.

You can file one day after the last given delivery date has passed. So you can file on the 17th or wait an extra day to allow for delays. I would not go longer than a week past however.

Look at the tracking what does it say? Has it been scanned recently? Guitars are big and ship oversized which usually takes much longer.
