How long does it take to get a refund on a shipping label purchased in error?

On May 29, I printed a label which ended up being the wrong type of label so I had to void it and print another 5 minutes later.

I still hadn't received my refund. How long does it usually take?

It takes 2-3 weeks for the refund.  You will get an email confirmation.
