So I had $35-ish in eBay bucks which I used to purchase some DVDS. I received the DVDs and they were defective (water damage) and the seller refunded me immediately after I contacted him (on 10/22/17).
I'm wondering how long it takes to get a new eBay bucks certificate after the refund occurred (it was processed quickly and I checked PayPal to verify the refund went through - it said voucher and credit card since I didn't have enough bucks for my purchase).
I went to the eBay bucks FAQ which verified I would get a new certificate and that it expires in 21 days but it had no information as to how long it takes for it to come through.
Thanks for all your help!

OK, thanks.
I never got an email, but when I went to go look at my eBay (on a computer, not on a phone), then went to eBay bucks, I saw the new certificate just sitting there.
Not sure when it arrived, but it's been 4 days since the return and refund so yay!
eBay might not send emails or messages to let people know that they got their bucks back, so there's a place to look now.
