Since item is shipped international, eBay gives you 30 days for item to reach your Buyer. So choose your method of shipping accordingly
Once package is landed on US soil, normally, it'll take 4-6 days to reach your Buyer. However, there are always exceptions and delays for reasons of weather, weight of the package, transportation issues, address location and etc

AFTER IT CLEARS CUSTOMS (which no one can easily predict correctly) the normal delivery time within the US is generally only a few days depending on the distance from which custom office is used.

It takes 2 days to a couple of weeks for USPS to deliver mail after it reaches the US and clears customs.
