How long does it take for a Voided USPS Shipping Label to be refunded back into your Seller Account?

Because of an error in package weight, I had to void a USPS Priority Mail shipping label that I generated in eBay after a customer purchased one of my products. I purchased another label thereafter and then voided (requested refund) for the label that I wasn't going to use.  It's been over a week, and in my "Shipping Label" status, the particular label still shows as "void requested" and "refund initiated".  Am I ever going to get my money back?  How long does this process normally take?

According to most 3rd party shipping providers I've worked with it takes up to 28 days, but according to eBay's help page it's up to 21 days. I have seen it take up to 4 weeks when I requested the void through eBay, so 🤷. I generally advise sellers 2-4 weeks since that's been my experience.

For a Priority label it's typically processed more quickly (closer to the 2 week end of the scale) than services like Media Mail (often closer to the 4 week end of the scale).

If your label qualifies for a refund, you'll see it credited to your original form of payment.

In my experience, eBay sends an email at the time you request the void, but they do not follow up with an email when the refund is approved.

Normally 2 - 3 weeks.  USPS own't approve the credit until they're sure that you really didn't use the label.
