Hello everyone i bought an item in march 2020 and haven't received it yet i contacted the seller he said wait more please i did so i contacted him again he said wait please so i did then i wrote to him i have not receive the package he said the package was at ur post office i go and check there is no package in my name i said to him i want a refund he said okay then removed the item i paid from my paying history how did he do it , i m still waiting almost 2 months for the refund , hes not replying my letters.

what should i do ?

Is the seller in a different country ? Look at their profile and see where they are located. You can also open a case INR in ebay and they have so many days to either refund you or send another package out. Otherwise you can open a case on paypal

You have to file a INR (item not received) case right away. You can do it within 30 from the estimated delivery time set by ebay. ON the attached image, I would have 30 days from September 19 to open a case.

If you purchased it in March it is most likely too late. Paypal gives you 180 days from the purchase date. So depending on the date you purchased it, you don't have much time left either or none if you purchased it  at the beginning of March. So do it right now.

Looks like the seller tricked you into waiting too long.

You let the seller stall long enough where you are no longer covered by Ebay's MBG.

Pay Pal gives you 180 days to file a claim, file an item not received case with them, if that's how you paid.
