How do you un-combine an order so you can use 2 different shipping labels?

I sold a few large DVD lots which offered free shipping.  One guy won 2 of the auctions.  When he paid, it combined them.  I already have them boxed separately and they're going to stay that way because they're heavy.  I don't see any options anywhere to handle each of the two listings separately, as I intended to from the start.  Am I missing something somewhere, or is this more bad eBay programming?

How do you un-combine an order so you can use 2 different shipping labels?

I am unsure if you can un-combine an order once it has been paid for.

If no one comes up with that fix, the one thing that I can suggest is that you go ahead and print 2 separate labels and ship them the way you have originally intended.  The two tracking numbers should automatically be posted on their order details page, if both tracking numbers do not show up, you can add the second tracking number manually and they both will then be on the order details page.

This is the workaround I would do too. You will be just as protected doing this as you would if you were able to uncombine them. Problem solved.

You can print out two labels and upload both tracking numbers.

Just ship them as intended. You will just need to manually enter the second tracking number.
