How do you track a shipment with global shipping program after it departs U.S.?

Is there anyway to trace a package thru the global shipping program. I know that I'm not responsible because it made it to its us destination, but I feel bad that my package should have gotten to this person in September...anybody know about this ?

     Depending on where it shipped the international tracking number often gets added to the tracking information when the international label is obtained. I have sold several items internationally and in most cases, but not all, the international shipping and tracking information is added to the order I am assuming by the Global Shipping Center.

Too Canada tracking # changes 3 times. Your tracking, then GSP tracking, then Pitney Bowes  gives it to another courier in Canada the final tracking #.   The buyer sees all 3.
