How do you start item not reseived in already open returning case?

Like tittle says. My case is just stuck and cant open different case. I cant send item back because seller dont give label. Paggage was missing items so it is more like iten not reseived case...

@namelessentity  This is NOT an item not received issue. You would lose an INR had you filed one to begin with. An INR means you received NOTHING from the seller. You have taken the appropriate action here, you opened the right case and now you must be patient and follow through if you want a refund. Didn't eBay tell you that you could ask them to step in if the seller hadn't sent a label by a certain date? You aren't going to get a label if this is an international purchase so you will have to ask eBay to "step in" when the time comes.

Ebay keep saying you should send it like yesterday... Now it is 5 more days just to wait nothing... i dont understund why seller get more time to sending that label. That he havent send me 10 days...

But what can you do just wait 😞

So i am waiting and maybe there will me place to open new case or somehing?

No. You cannot and do not need to open a new case. He didn't pay for return shipping so the case is on hold for 5 days right? At the end of 5 days ask eBay to step in again and they'll refund you 🙂
