I mailed a MM parcel on 12/10, on on 12/14 got the last scan as it left the local processing center. No indication of any movement since then. I requested tracking updates on the 26th when buyer opened INR case, and no "shaking loose" has happened. I need to refund on the 31st unless a non-moving for over 15 days package is eligible for the extra arrival days. How do you request extra arrival time from eBay? I will ask buyer to refuse package when it arrives if he no longer wants it, or to repay me, and won't hold my breath on that.
