How do you fix tracking number as a seller?

As a seller I made an error entering the tracking number? The item has made it too the buyer but since I entered tracking wrong how do I get paid?

You hadn't received payment before you shipped?  Check your payments received.

To edit a tracking number click "edit" next to it. 
Don't ship if your buyer has not paid. Otherwise you will be sending out a free item. 
If you are talking about your payouts on hold once you've edited  the tracking number you can safely ship the item. 
If you already shipped with tracking wrong, you can still edit it provided the correct tracking is on the label.  
If you purchase your shipping labels on eBay errors like that won't happen.

You can add the correct tracking in the seller hub under orders > shipped and awaiting your feedback.  Right under the tracking number is a link to edit the number.  It will bring up a box that lets you add another number.
