I stupidly emailed ebay support for another issue and an hour later, my seller account was restricted and the message ebay sent was to add tracking numbers to about 150+ digital items I sold. I have zero negative feedback and the last 100 or so feedback comments all say "thanks for the quick delivery". And it also states they're withholding future payouts until it is resolved. Is this ever going to be resolved if I can't "prove delivery" in ebays words? Or am I out a couple hundred bucks?

or I guess instead of "page" an Ebay employee I guess the correct term is "tag?" I know many times when Ebay people show up here they say .. thanks for the tag !

You type an "@" symbol followed immediately by the intended person's user ID. eBay employees posting here have IDs ending in "@ebay," so to ping Brian, you would type brian@ebay directly into this reply, like I'm doing here (note that the leading @ symbol will disappear once the reply is posted, leaving only the ID itself in blue), and immediately, somewhere out there, Brian sits bolt-upright in bed (if it's 3:00 in the morning) and senses a Disturbance in the Force. He lunges for his laptop, and see a notification here, plus an email to his offsite address, to let him know that a user is in distress, and providing him with a link that will jump him right to this message here.
Actually, the usual contact people here tend to be off on weekends, so we may not hear back from Brian until tomorrow at the earliest, but that's how the tag process works, anyway.

As for the tracking, ebay will accept customer feedback or messages as a substitute for the tracking number. So I now have the process I must follow going forward. Hopefully this helps someone else in my situation. ALWAYS put tracking info even if it's just 'refer to feedback'

hello I'm curious too and confused, so no need to enter the track number instead we give feedback to our buyers? please help me, because I'm a new ^^, and if we selling virtual item game we should use category Video Games & Consoles > Video Game Merchandise or any else?

You're not allowed to sell those things. That should be all the help you need.
