How do I update my sold and shipped item as received by the buyer?

Hi,

The tracking details on eBay aren't updating and I've had confirmation from the Buyer that the order as been received. I have a screenshot of his return message to be confirming this.

How I can update this to reflect that its been received?

You can't update that it's been received, but you can wait until the 'Delivered' tracking info catches up in eBay.

I suppose you'll have a new seller hold, but the funds will be delivered. Hang in there and good luck.
