How do I turn off international shipping for one specific listing?

I've tried to find the answer by googling it and none of it is taking me to where it says it should take me to accomplish this. Maybe with the new international shipping program you cannot do this?

Correct you cannot turn eIS off at the listing level; it's a pain. The only way to turn it off at the listing level is to set up country exclusions for that listing.

If you use biz policies you have to create a new policy with international exclusions. If you don't use biz policies then you have to set up international exclusions on the listing form.
