How do I send buyer a return shipping label after the return case has been closed?

Hi,

I recently had a buyer request to return an item and I accepted the return. I gave the buyer a full refund without buying a return shipping label. The case is now closed and I don't see how I can send the buyer a return shipping label anymore. Is there an alternative option to send the buyer a shipping label so I can receive my item back?

Just go to managedpayments/shipnow to buy a label.

eBay's Managed Payments is the replacement for PayPal, and it does everything like PayPal used to do.

You can even get up to $360 per year in reimbusrsement for return shipping, like PayPal's Returns On Us.

If your not in Managed Payments, go to PayPal and purchase a label there.  If you have problems, come back here and add to your post.
