Who is asking for proof? eBay doesn't ask for proof it doesn't work. They take the buyer's word it's not as described. If you havent done it yet file a not as described case in the Resolution Center or open a return item case in My eBay. The seller will have no choice but to refund, and furnish a return label if they want the radio back. If they don't accept the return and furnish a return label go back to the case in a few days and ask eBay to step in and force the seller to refund.
