How do I print a retun label for a buyer in Italy?

Old and consistent problem which I usually just take the loss on, but this one is for $1100 so I need it returned.  I have been looking for over two hours on a service that will allow me to print a return label from Italy and still satisfy the Ebay upload label requirement.  I would also it like to cost in the neighborhood of what I paid to have it shipped which was $90.  Anything under $175 would be fine.  The Ebay site is completely not heplfull in this matter.  Please help if you know of a service or better yet, a ay to print it through Ebay.

You cannot print international postage. The buyer cannot use American postage. You are not expected to provide a return label for a buyer outside the U.S. However, for a SNAD complaint, you must reimburse the buyer for his/her expense after you receive the returned item. Or you can send money via Paypal in advance. It's all a matter of trust. Will the buyer try to send the item at the most expensive rate? Will the buyer try to stiff you -- accept the advance payment and then not return?

Your choice.

One possible option that I've never seen discussed is the use of a private courier such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. I don't know if it's possible to pay for a call tag for an international package. You might contact your local office to find out. Just remember that courier air service is expensive.
