How do I know if I purchased a return label

I just did my first return thanks to a person I knew was going to be difficult. I should have canceled the sale. Anyways I approved the return and the only button left is to release the funds. So do I approve them sending her a return label?

Do nor release funds prematurly. This is button to press after you receive item back and decide to proceed with refund. 

Label was issued. Buyer has to pick it up and print.

You can see the details of open returns.

  > Orders

  > Returns

  > Manage Returns

  > See Details

You'll be able to see the tracking info if they've shipped the item.

Sometimes you just know this buyer may be problematic.
Don't cancel the order unless the buyer asked you to do so and you haven't shipped it yet.  Cancelling otherwise could adversely affect your metrics.
