How do I issue refund with managed payments? Can I issue partial refunds? Im not seeing any options when I go to the order or details page. Thanks in advance!

You issue refunds through the Sellers Hub when you are in MP.

I could not figure out how to do a partial refund.  I was forced to do a full refund and I could not charge my shipping fee since they returned the item because they changed their mind. Ugh.
