You were "emailed a shipping label"? Did you do the return through the eBay system, or were you interacting directly with the seller?
If you did not set up the return through eBay, do that now.
This act should then prompt the seller to refund your money.

you need to do all communication through the return that you started. if you printed off the shipping label ebay sent you, it should automatically upload to the case. if not, add the tracking info into the case. once it is delivered and the system verfies it is delivered, seller has 3 days to return your money. if they dont, ebay will step in and force it
