I am now part of managed pay (that is a whole other topic for another day). Sold an item and printed a UPS label on eBay. Item arrived damaged. Seller cooperated fully in sending photos of damage, box, packing etc.. I used the email address given by eBay to send the claim. I have not received any type of confirmation that they received the claim or any response. Is there anywhere I can go to check the status of my claim? Who do I contact? Regular UPS claims is no help as they say the eBay UPS account was used. The amount won't break me but I really don't want to throw away $60 plus shipping on an item.

Post starts with "sold an item" and also mentioned OP is in managed payments. So I think it is clear this is a seller talking. Only place where any confusion could come in is "Seller cooperated" where I suspect OP meant buyer cooperated.
I'm not critical of a mess-up by poster, a human act, and certainly I am not the grammar police.
