How do I change my settings so that shipping fees come put of Managed Payments

I'm new to Managed Payments and have mixed feelings about it.  I was going to reduce my PayPal account balance because of a reduced need for it.  However, when I went into my PayPal account, I see that there are multiple and continued debits for "eBay Shipping".  Evidently my eBay account still has PayPal as my preference to pay for shipping only.  How do I change this so that all of my shipping charges come out of my eBay MP account prior to having them send my balance to my bank account?  

If you know how to change this, please be specific about how to get to the proper page rather than just say "Change it in XXXXX", because I would need to know how to get to "XXXXX".   Thank you for any help you can provide.

It is at the bottom when you go to print a shipping label, on that page.  It lets you choose if you want to use PayPal or the pending balance.  Once you change it should be the default.

The next time you go to print a shipping label, click on "print label" just as you always would.

BUT BEFORE you actually print the label scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find a block asking how you want to pay for it. On my page it offered me the option of Paypal or Pending Payments. Make your choice and that will be come the default.

If you ever want to change it there is also an edit link
