How do I cancel a order before the seller ships it? I had picked one I thought was something else but the name on the item page was off by one character that I didn't catch. How do I cancel the order? I can't currently access my purchase history because I keep getting a error page across multiple ebay links. Half my account just sends me to a error page and while I'd rather not, I may have to go to my bank to have them file a dispute since I can't cancel the order.
I did contact the seller but with Ebay's website seemingly on the fritz, it's hard to know for sure if the message went through or they will even get it.
And this error page shows up even when I try to click the link to have Ebay step in before the item ships. Which is rich because I can't get help from Ebay themselves due to their own website having performance problems.
Is anyone else having these issues? And how do I cancel a order if I can't even access my purchase history?
