How do I buy shipping label from ebay again to send a replacement?

Once the item is delivered and customer says it's broken so I want to send them a replacement. I want to buy label from ebay again as it's cheaper and convenient. Some items I have the option to mark as "not shipped" and buy label again but a week older ones I don's see that option.

You should be able to go to the sales record and re-ship it and create a new label. On the drop down menu to the left, you can choose "Print Shipping Label" as an option (it's the first one right below "Leave Feedback")

If you can't figure out how to do it through eBay, you can purchase your label through PayPal; the price you pay will be the same as on eBay.

No, don't buy another shipping label from eBay again: eBay will consider that you shipped late when you use that label. Get it from PayPal, Click-N-Ship, Pirate Ship, etc. instead.

This is not true.  I do this all the time, and have never had a late shipment ding from it.

It doesn't give me that option. In PayPal under that person it only shows "Track shipment". Buyer already received my first shipment so it's not giving me the option to ship again.

Same under ebay that order, once shows delivered it doesn't give me the option to print ship label anymore.

When just going through the activities no option was shown to me to purchase label again once previous one shows delivered. It's considered complete.

FYI.

I just came from ORDERS > PAID & SHIPPED > SHIPPING LABELS

I changed the date range to last 30 days and the option for PRINT ANOTHER LABEL is available, even though the status for the first label is DELIVERED.

In the past, when I reshipped an item using PRINT ANOTHER LABEL, the shipment was recorded as being late since the second shipment overwrote the first one that was shipped on time.  ebay may have changed that, since I have not had that happen again.  But to be on the safe side, I would use Paypal or Click-N-Ship to ship another item.
