I opened a return for an Item that has missing parts, the seller accepted my request for a return but only sent me an address to send it back not a prepaid shipping label. The seller said he will not issue a prepaid label. So now the request is waiting on me to ship the item back, but I don't feel I should have to pay for the return shipping. The time has come to ask Ebay to step in so I can tell them my side of the story. How do I do this?
When it is time to ask Ebay to step in, that option will appear in the case. Just click the button when it appears. If it is not there, you are premature in escalating. It will appear exactly three days from when the case was opened, to the second.
