Located in Paris, I sold a product to a US costumer and can not ship it to the US, ebay saying:
"Your ship-from address must be in the United States to purchase a label" "There are no services available to ship from this address"
how can i solve this problem?

Put the mailing address on the package, then go to your local post office and purchase the postage there.

I am not familiar with all the shipping services that are available in France, this is the US forum so most of us are used to the services available in the US. If the item is the following the shipping information indicates it ships FedEx International and actually shows me what the rate would be to ship to me in the US.
If you are attempting to purchase the label through eBay that capability is dependent on eBay's checks, I am assuming you have FedEx available in France, and the interface to the carrier. It is possible there is a glitch with eBay, they seem to have more than their fair share of them, that is preventing you from creating the label. You may need to do as candd205 suggested type up a label and then take the package to the carrier. You may also want to try UPS. Make sure you get a receipt for the label and enter the tracking information into the eBay order.
You may want to check around for a discount shipping label service that can serve as a backup to the eBay label creation process in case it is down or fails. I am not sure what is available in France but I use a service called Pirate Ship in the US which has the same discounted rates as eBay and sometimes better.

You listed and sold that on eBay USA, but on this eBay website, the only shipping services available are those which are available in the USA.
Since you are registered in France, you should be able to purchase a label from FedEx in France if you log on to eBay France www.ebay.fr and try to purchase a label on that eBay website. That's what the sellers who are selling on eBay France do, so it should work.

When you creating listings for items + and the billing currency for fees on your account .. is it in US Dollars or in EUR? Do you see US shipping options on your account or you have there European shipping options?
Ebay shipping services may not be available in France and if your account is in US Dollar, you would see there only US shipping options anyways.
You may have to just ignore Ebay shipping options and go with your own label and then upload the tracking number.

When you sell on eBay, you are responsible for shipping the item to your buyer.
eBay has some tools on their website that can assist a seller with purchasing online labels.
But if those tools are not sufficient for your needs, you will need to purchase shipping on your own.

It appears to me that it did not sell on the eBay.com domain. When I look at the listing it shows the item is in France and the shipping I see for the item is FedEx international from France to Virginia. There have been a few issues with the eBay interfaces to the carriers lately I wonder if this could be another one.

I would think that would be the domain they are logged onto when they are looking at their seller hub and attempting to create a shipping label but I could be wrong about that.

You are trying to buy a USPS label which uses US Post, so you have to be in the USA. You may be able to buy a label on the France eBay site. Or you can go to the post office.

I can log into eBay.ca provide a Canadian address and buy Canada Post shipping, even though I sold on eBay.com. I can also buy labels on eBay.com since my shipping address that defaults is a USA address, but it's possible to buy shipping on another domain if you have a ship from address in that country (and change it to that).

Vous devez aller a La Poste pour faire l´expedition

No pun intended...but would I use an eBay shipping label for high-end expensive wonderful items? Nope.
I would use your post office or UPS or other shipping services in your country.
And there are sometimes custom forms and such.

The op can not use ebay. com to print their labels as they are not in the US. I'm curious why so many of your posts suggest that a seller is better off to buy a label at the post office and pay more for label there than print the label online? If that's what you prefer to do and it works better for you, that's fine, but you must realize that not everyone wants to use stamps on a package or pay more for postage than they have to.
Whether they go to the post office and buy a USPS label or print a label on ebay, they are still using a USPS label.

Sellers get a receipt if they go to the post office.
Sellers gets the package 'marked' ship....'tracked'.
New sellers who are not sure of dimensions will get information from a real person...not a 'link' to go on a 'link'.
There are no 'surprises' of extra charges as oppose to using an eBay shipping label...where the seller gets charged additional of incorrect dimensions after item is mailed.
We should all be allowed to add ideas here and try not to contradict that this or that or such.
Reading 'this' post it is a somewhat new seller with '26' feedback.
I was suggesting the 'post office' because this is a somewhat new seller...so they would get some help from a real person and not to go to a 'link'.
And there is also those here who say they are not computer wizards like you.
You are an experienced seller with experience.
Each post is different here...I do not put all the apples in a barrel.

Is it necessary to purchase/obtain an eBay label at all, if I can see the buyer's registered address on the invoice for items they bought, and use that address for shipping the item internationally?
I am located in Singapore, but I am originally from the US. I can ship items to the US without restriction (and receive them from the US), as such, and can easily get services/tracking numbers from reputable couriers such as DHL, Fedex, etc.
Is there are problem with using this approach?

What research did you do on how to run an export business from France to the USA?
It appears you have missed some of the key aspects of running an export business. Did someone tell you that Ebay will take care of all of that, or did you assume that, having done no homework before listing 40 items.
This is not an auspicious beginning for a business venture.
