How can i do with this buyer?

He said the package was delivered and missing 3 pcs. I agreed to send replacement if he can send it back to us without paying extra money but he didn't want to do that.

And now, he said he didn't received the package and open case on ebay, he just want new item or refund. He also left negative feedback.

Please advise how can i do?

If you shipped with tracking you should be absolutely fine.

Look at your tracking number, does it show delivered?
