How can I revise my shipping cost

I sent offers to buyers and now I can't revise my listing for a lower shipping cost. I have a buyer that is willing to purchase the items but needs a lower shipping cost.

It's not possible to revise a listing that has active offers.  But if he accepts your offer, then you can send him an invoice with an adjusted shipping cost.

Also if already sent request for payment you can refund the difference or have the buyer request a cancelation and relist at the agreed on shipping costs.

Besides the other options mentioned you could also have your buyer counter lower and you accept. Buyer could subtract what would be the cost off shipping you were willing to take. Few dollars. So total cost ends up the same. I would only do this on low dollar items and ship cost. Nothing major.  It makes it easy when using the app since you cant send a revised invoice on ebay app. Buyer buys, pays, ship. 

I have done it on combined orders mostly when needed.
