How can I change the "shipping schedule"?

When I list items shipping first class, Ebay states that the customer will get it in 4 days....NOPE!  It will take at least 7 days.  How can I change the shipping schedule in listings?

When you look at your own listings, you see the shipping cost and delivery date for your own ZIP Code.  Farther buyers might not see the same thing. I'm on the east coast and I don't see 4-day shipping on any of your listings that I checked.  Also, note that eBay's count of those days doesn't include weekends; the estimated delivery date shown in your screen shot is in 6 calendar days.
