How can I change shipping options?

I'm trying to list an item for sale.  I'm offering domestic and international shipping, as I usually do on my auctions.  However for International shipping only USPS priority is an option.  USPS International First Class not listed.  I'd like to ship it using the first class option.

The item I'm selling is only 8 ounces, so there shouldn't be a problem with the weight.

I've never come across this problem before.  Does anyone know how to change the options??

Are you using the advanced listing tool?   If not that may be why that option is not showing.

Keep in mind that 1st class items will not be insured and tracking is spotty to most countries.  

The following information will help users that have problems with the best offer feature or if they would like more control over when their items relist.

Use the advanced listing tool. When you click on the sell tab you should see a "use advanced listing tool. It may also say "use form with more choices" .

I personally have found that the ebay seller hub does not have this flaw. You can sign up for the hub here:

It takes a couple of days to get used to feel of the hub but personally I like it. If you have any questions about using the hub come back to the boards and ask for assistance.
