Items ships but no tracking updates by UPS or USPS Ebay dings me because they do not track it.

Both USPS and UPS have picked up items and delivered them with out scanning once.The seller gets a ding on the power seller ratings. This seems unfair because once it leaves our location I have no control on it being tracked.

Shipping from China/Hong Kong to Malaysia. Items not arriving.
