I'm Koran reseller. I use a shipping company called K-packet, It is Korea's post office delivery service.
When I enter the Add or edit tracking numbers page, There is a space available for entering the tracking number, But when I type in tracking number and the carrier and press Save, it disappears.
It literally disappears. And the tracking number is not entered when looking at the Order details.
I've already shipped the goods manually. However, it has failed to provide the tracking number to its customers. Please let me know if I have misplaced the delivery settings.
