How accurate is DHL tracking?

Hello all,

How accurate is DHL tracking? It gives me the status "attempted delivery", at 6AM in the morning.

Which I highly doubt, as poatal service never rings your doorbell before 8AM... (fhey usually handle a delivery from 8am till 8pm latest).

Should I expect DHL any time soon?

I’m not sure about the accuracy of DHL’s tracking, but when viewing tracking I try to keep in mind that the time displayed could be the time the event scan was posted, not the time the scan was actually made, and that the time zone used might not be my own.

Just resolved the mystery why I got status "attempted delivery". Its the moment when DHL hands the package over to another delivery service. The scans of the other service show as "attempted delivery" in DHL's system, while it are mere sorting scans.
