How Do You Change Tracking Number In System?

I had a buyer who asked to cancel an item so I cancelled the label, he then said he wanted it shipped so I printed a new label. Does anyone know how I can use the new tracking number to override the current tracking number that is in the Ebay system.

If you purchased the first label through eBay then there's no way to remove the tracking info. It will sit there unused, but you can add the second tracking number for the system to tie to the transaction.

If the first label was not purchased through eBay then click the edit button next to the tracking number and replace it with the new tracking number.

I used Stamps.com software. I shipped 3 items, there was an edit for the first item so I changed it there. Does this mean all three of the items will have the tracking changed?

You'd have to view your orders page to see what tracking number is showing next to each item. Typically you have to edit the tracking for each item individually.
