How Do I Keep My Defect Rate Down?

Currently, i get a problem of transaction defect rate is up to 2% because some of my unlucky cases .  So i've read many blog writting about this issue, but i really afraid of discredit me to ebay and my customers. I literally want to improve this term ASAP. Thank yu

Simply put, defects are caused by mistakes on you part, delays in shipping beyond your control, or irrational buyers demands. Maybe some more but those are the obvious.

Without knowing WHAT the defects were I am afraid we can not offer any advice.

Your registration shows you are located in Vietnam, but your location for the items you list is California, United States.

That sounds like you are a dropshipper, and with a 5 day handling time, I suspect you are.

I don't know your defects may be, but I suspect slow shipping?  Is the dropshipper using a SCAN sheet so your items show "accepted" within your handling time?

The best solution is to stop using a dropshipper.  You have no control on when they ship the items you sell, nor any control when they run out of inventory.
