How Do I Get Final Value Fees Back In The Case Of A Return? (Seller's Fees)

I couldn't find my old thread to link this to. I just got my invoice for the handbag that is being returned. 

It  (the invoice payment) isn't due until the end of March. Will eBay automatically refund my account for my seller fees or do I need to do something to get the ball rolling? 

I just want everyone to know that I really appreciate your help. I don't take these help boards for granted. I know that the reason you all know what to do is that you have worked hard and been through it yourselves. Your time and thoughts are always appreciated.
