Horrible seller, be aware!

This seller is very tricky and the worst seller on eBay! Be aware! Send me absolutely damaged item (chandelier) with dents and broken crystals. And asked to close my return case and ship this item back to them. I returned that piece of garbage by myself and they didn’t care to pay for their mistake! Be aware!!! Dishonest seller!

You should have filed a not as described return. Seller would provide return shipping label. Refund processed when they receive it back.
