EBAY BLUES-Is there any plan to acknowledge that a lot of us are HAVING ISSUES and CAN'T PRINT SHIPPING LABELS? And can we get an ANSWER ON WHEN THIS WILL BE FIXED PLEASE?

Recommendation:

Consider trying a different shipping venue instead of the clumsy and unreliable eBay shipping/labeling service. There are others out there, like Stamps.com and Pirateship.

I stopped using eBay's labeling/shipping system about 18 years ago when I couldn't rely on it. I went to Stamps.com with automatic downlinks, full postback including tracking and even automatic feedback for the buyer, Etsy, Amazon and other online marketplaces also included in one place, all the domestic and international shippers and services included that I control, not eBay, the same discount rates, insurance when needed, constant comprehensive and year-end shipping reports, and most importantly -- real live US-based CS reps who answer the phone promptly, really know their stuff, and have the authority to solve any problem or correctly answer any question in understandable English. All for only 18 bucks a month, not a bad deal at all.

Full reliability - think about it.

Piirateship, stamps.com, paypal, probably a whole bunch of other places to print labels. The problem is not with the post office. It is eBay's program glitch.

Myself, I have used Pirateship for years. NEVER had that problem.

I normally print shipping labels from the "awaiting shipment" page and had one this morning that wouldn't go through after many tries

I went to the "print shipping label" link on the original listing page and was able to print a label from there

I have noticed a few of the blues tend to pop in now and then to answer a ''simple'' question, rarely do you see them responding to any important tech/glitch area's unless tagged.

There are so many threads about this problem between Shipping, Selling and Tech Issues boards that it's making my head spin. I did see devon@ebay post on one thread yesterday saying he'd look into it, but I agree with the OP that there should be a pinned post on the shipping board from eBay due to the vast number of sellers affected.

Hey @wastingtime101! We have thought about the idea of making a pinned post and thank you for the suggestion. For now we have updated the tech board and is the top issue there. We are hoping that the issue is going to be resolved soon and with us going into the weekend we would not be able to unpin the posts if it was to be resolved during our time away.
