I accepted a second chance offer from a seller and paid it right away. Since then, I have contacted the seller 3 times. It has been 12 days without any tracking number and messages. I want to get a refund but the item is not showing on my buying list? What can I do?? 😞

Much time passed, better open a item not received case via resolution center,  since seller is MIA.

Go to My Ebay in top right this page if you're using a pc, select purshase story, in the item form select resolve a problem, open a item not received case.

If not there, there's a chance you got the business outside ebay?

if it is not showing in e bay . Log into Paypal if that is how you paid and find the transaction.  You can open a case on PayPal for Item not received.
