Help with shipping

The format has changed and I don't know which one to choose.  This is like this on my phone app and my laptop. I usually like to ship Priority Mail either fixed rate or sometimes regular Priority Mail but I have no idea which ones to choose.  Is there some way I can figure out what these descriptions mean?

I've been playing around with it on my laptop and it looks like I've been unknowingly creating shipping policies. I think I've gotten them all deleted and new ones set up for what I normally use.

First class mail is up to 15.9 ounces. Anything heavier is Priority Mail. PM has insurance , to a point, FCM does not.
