Seller deceive me. I pay for 1TB usb flash drive but he send me fake item. I tested this flash drive and upload the test screen, this is 3.7 GB usb flash. In our country postal services are very expensive, i do not want to pay return shipment. Why should I pay for the fake item. Please, help me refund my money.

Go to Your message center and eBay should have sent You a request notice. Put in that request that the Flash drive is Not as described. Ask the Seller to provide You a return shipping label. They will either ask You if You want a partial refund or a full refund . You decide. When You tested it snip the results and send that with Your request. Then eBay can see that the drive was not as described. After 5 business days You can escalate it to a Case. When It becomes a case then the Seller must refund You OR If he can prove it is NOT what he sold then You will lose the case.

So you've already started a return request?Your seller is responsible for return shipping.
But if your seller does not buy a return label, or does not send you money first to buy a return label, you have to ask eBay to get down on it.
eBay will put the case on hold for 5 days, then force a refund if the seller does not pay for return shipping.

yes i have already started a request. but seller says please return item to my adress. but why i must send fake item and pay for shippment? how i can escalate this case (respond to case)?

For future reference: this is a very common Chinese scam. We advise you look at a seller's feedback and location before buying. "The best deal", is not always the best deal. Some things are just too good to be true. However, good job on using the Resolution Center, and finding your way here. please come back with any more issues.
