Help with refund

I made a purchase that I didnt receive, ebay interfered and told me that they returned the payment to my paypal account, which may take 48 hours and 4 days have passed and I still do not receive it.

I do not know how to get back in contact with them because they have already closed the case

Make sure that your email address in your eBay account and the email address in the PP account that you use match up. Sometimes if you have more than one email address in your eBay account, the refund will get sent to a "guest" PayPal account created from your alternate email address.

Check your funding source, if you paid with a credit or debit card the refund goes back to the card

I made the purchase from pp with my card and I still do not receive the deposit

you know if there is any way to contact them by written means

If you use your debit or credit card the money will go back directly to that funding source
It can take up to 30 days or one billing cycle to appear. Usually it appears in just a few days.
