Hello everyone,
I have a situation I would like some clarity on.
BACKGROUND: I had won an auction on this product, I received the product in the mail but the product was damaged. I started the case, won the case to get a refund only when I return the product to the individual. I shipped the product to the provided address by eBay. The product bounced back due to the address not being valid, so now I have the product as well as getting the $330.00 refund due to no valid address. USPS damaged the product again when it was on return to my house.
ISSUE: The original seller wants his product back. What do I do?
Please let me know,
Best.

You ask the seller for another shipping label with the correct address. When you receive it, pack it well and ship it back to the seller.
(You cannot re-use the original shipping label unless the USPS made a mistake and the address was actually valid).

I applaud your honesty in not wanting the item and your money.
The seller needs to send you a corrected label. You sent the item back in good faith, it was not your fault that the address was incorrect.
