I ordered an item from Portugal on Jan 19th and it was shipped on the 20th. It arrived in the US just fine on Feb 9th. But it was supposed to go to Virginia. Instead, it went to Austin Texas and was processed through the USPS facility on the 19th. No tracking since. According to eBay, it went to Austin through USPS. When I ran it through USPS tracking, it wasn't in their system. When I tracked it with CTT, it said it had been processed through New York but nothing about Texas.
It overshot Virginia and went to Texas, now I can't contact USPS with a package research case since it's not in their system. And I have no idea who to contact regarding packages being shipped with CTT. Any helpful advice with be appreciated.
