Hello
I sold a car part (a fog light) to a buyer that stated "no refunds" however the buyer messaged me saying that it I sent him the wrong side. I sent him the right side but he ordered the left fog light. I am trying to create a return label but it is not letting me do so. I have tried to contact eBay customer support but they offered no help. How can I correct this mistake?

Your no refund policy does not cover sending the wrong item. The buyer will have to file an item not as described claim and request a return or exchange.
At that point once you agree to the return or exchange, the buyer will be able print out a return label.

oh, and you will be billed for said return label...
