Help needed: Item stuck on 'Customs Documentation and Labeling' since May 17.

I was overdue some bad luck and the GSP seems to provide a lot of it...

Anyway, I bought an item - seller sent it promptly - but it's been stuck at Erlanger for over 3 weeks now:

'Wednesday, May 17, 2017 12:20 AM Erlanger , Kentucky Customs Documentation and Labeling'

Estimated delivery was Friday, May 19, 2017 - Tuesday, Jun 6, 2017.

I'm located in New Zealand.

Any ideas what I can do from here? The tracking system the GSP provides is woeful.

Click on I didn't receive it under More actions next to that item on your Purchase history page. Then I haven't received my item, I want a refund, short comment, and submit.

This won't affect your seller's rating, as your refund of both parts of your payment will be from GSP. However, the seller may have to contact eBay to point out that it is a GSP purchase.

I'll give it another week before I pull the trigger on that.

And I certainly won't be using GSP ever again.
